Career Skills Program
The 10th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Career Skills Program internship prepares Soldiers for civilian careers through a holistic approach focused on the five H2F domains: physical, mental, tactical, spiritual, and social well-being. Participants gain practical experience and develop relevant skills, benefiting from hands-on training, mentorship, and networking with industry professionals. They explore various roles in health, fitness, and wellness sectors through workshops and seminars that enhance their knowledge and competencies. This program supports Soldiers' transitions while boosting the brigade's overall readiness and effectiveness, fostering sustainable outcomes for Soldiers and their families.

Hands-On Experience
CSPs will gain practical experience by working alongside experts in their fieldin various health and fitness settings. This may involve assisting in physical training sessions, injury assessments, and group rehab classes.
Understanding of Holistic Health
The internship will emphasize the five domains of Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F): physical fitness, mental resilience, nutrition, sleep, and spiritual readiness. CSPs can expect to learn how these components interact to enhance overall soldier performance.Professional Development
CSPs will have opportunities to attend education classes and training events that will enhance their knowledge and skills in health and fitness.Collaborative Environment
Working in a team-oriented atmosphere is fundamental. CSPs will interact with strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians and cognitive perfromance specialists, promoting teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.Adaptability
